REMOVED Outlook Auto Email scanner from the client:. Suspected Bug: See below: SEP cause Outlook to hang and/or crash: Status: testing. Connection conflict does not exist after install. 
After installation (i.e., after preauthentication connection, PIM, AAD/Conditional Access/MFA), re enable SEP.
